About me and this blog
My journey with programming dates back to 1999, when I published my very first website. Today, it exists only on dusty backup drives, but that experiment laid the foundation for my later interest in Web Development and a professional career in IT.
I have been professionally building web applications for 17 years. I’ve walked the path from backend to frontend, and from developer and systems engineer to tech lead and engineering manager responsible for team structures. I have participated in the transformations of small and medium-sized organizations, constantly gathering and analyzing experiences that have shaped my engineering toolkit today.
This blog was created to organize my insights and filter market noise through the lens of hard practice. In my writing and daily work, I focus on three pillars:
-
Pragmatic software engineering
I am interested in stable architecture and craftsmanship that solves real business problems, rather than blindly chasing temporary trends.
-
Leadership and processes
I look at software delivery holistically - from shaping workflows in organizations to building authentic leadership authority that takes ownership of the product.
-
Psychology in IT
I analyze what happens at the intersection of code and people. I deconstruct cognitive biases in technical decision-making, examine decision mechanisms, and look at the team dynamics that either drive success or paralyze a project.
You won't find corporate buzzwords, marketing fluff, or blind enthusiasm for every new piece of technology here. I write with concrete focus, always from the perspective of a practitioner who manages architecture, processes, and people on a daily basis.
